How the Software Testing Specialist works with the Team:
The Software Testing Specialist plays an essential role in SnowCloud's quality assurance and testing processes, and will ultimately help ensure a first-class user experience for clients and guests alike.
Objectives include, but are not limited to, designing and implementing tests to verify that the software runs smoothly and meets client requirements, as well as identifying areas for improvement during updates and product launches.
The Software Testing Specialist may also develop and maintain user guides and help materials, as well as assist with on-site implementation of new software or hardware updates to help users understand and optimize efficient use of SnowCloud's applications.

Responsibilities:
Design strategies to test new software features, updates, applications, systems, technology, and usability Analyze and log issues, errors, bugs, or data impacts, and report testing results to the development team Monitor and document debugging updates and resolutions through the entire bug life cycle Perform thorough regression tests when bugs are resolved, and new features or updates are implemented Communicate and interact with developers and clients to ensure requirements are met and all issues are resolved in a prioritized order Support continuous integration of new functions & features Ultimately ensure that acceptance criteria are met and maintained as the product evolves Establish and uphold quality standards for software and platforms to achieve client satisfaction Help develop and maintain user manuals, reference materials, and how-to guides Ability to travel to resort locations, and assist with implementation and support as needed Roll-up sleeves, self-starter attitude with a hands-on approach to work Team Member
Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills Willingness to take on challenges with strong attention to details Client and user-oriented problem solver Must be persistent, resilient, driven, and focused Team player with a collaborative approach and a positive attitude Well established written and oral communication skills Fluency in technical and common office software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
