Job Responsibilities Specific duties for this Customer Service Agent role include:
Handling a high volume of patient customer calls including billing, account updates, taking payments, routing calls, etc.
Positively interacting with existing customers regarding their services.
Maintaining a working knowledge of our patients products and services.
Documenting all customer information and communications within our system.
