The job duties are the following (but not limited to); enter information into EMR, provide great care with excellent customer service.
Scheduling patient appointments ,updating patient demographics, verifying insurances, collecting payments obtain proper patient identifying documentation, referrals, prior authorizations, answering phones, triaging phone calls, taking proper detailed messages, and other office duties.
Great customer service skills and interpersonal skills a must! Job Types:
