We are looking for a talented and dedicated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for law and is eager to take on complex cases.
You will be working with a team of experienced attorneys and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and challenging environment.
You will be handling a variety of litigation matters, including civil and commercial litigation, trial practice, dispute resolution, legal research, and legal writing.
Responsibilities:
1.
Represent clients in all stages of civil and commercial litigation cases, from initiation to disposition.
2.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
3.
Draft, review, and revise various legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
4.
Manage all aspects of the discovery process and trial preparation.
5.
Advocate for clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
6.
Provide sound legal advice to clients and communicate case progress effectively.
7.
Work closely with other attorneys to develop case strategies and legal theories.
8.
Stay current on legal trends and changes in the law to ensure the best representation for our clients.
Qualifications:
1.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3.
Minimum of 2
years of experience in civil litigation, commercial litigation, and trial practice.
4.
Proven experience in dispute resolution, legal research, and legal writing.
5.
Strong ability to handle and manage litigation cases from inception through trial.
6.
Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
7.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
8.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
