ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop business opportunities through customer, professional and organizational contacts. This duty is performed daily about 30% of the time.
2. Follow up with customers as necessary for timely receipt of financial information. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.
3. Understand, structure and present loan requests to optimize the r return to the bank. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
4. Review loan documentation for correctness, attend loan closings and follow up on missing or exception items. This duty is performed weekly, about 2 % of the time.
5. Monitor delinquencies, overdrafts and financial indicators of potential loan repayment problems. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have 7 to 10
years of Commercial loan experience handling owner occupied real estate and C&I.
Candidate must have a BA in business, accounting or finance .
Familiarity with Morris, Passaic and northern Essex counties market
Knowledge and understanding of Credit evaluation, underwriting skills and presenting loans in the $500,000 to $15,000,000 range required.
Must have the ability to analyze complex financial statements, tax returns and perform cash flow analysis.
Must have good Business Development, marketing, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
Must have proficiency with PCs and its applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
